Ed was the second realtor we worked with in our search for land. The first time we talked we could sense that Ed was different from most realtors. We new that what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend was going to make for a challenging search. Ed told us it was possible but he needed time to research what was our there.
Ed only sent property that was exactly what we were looking for. Well less than a month later we were making a offer and 3 weeks later we owned a very beautiful 5 acre parcel. And to top it off we found out after closing that the property was worth almost double what we paid for it.
I could write for hours it seems trying to describe our experience with him. This is the 8th property we have either purchased or sold and Ed is the kindest most knowledgeable realtor and person.
Now are youngest son is getting ready for a new home and he will be asking Ed for help in his journey.
