The service covers key neighborhoods and park-and-ride locations in Sammamish, including the South Sammamish Park-and-Ride, Issaquah Highlands Park-and-Ride, Klahanie, Sunny Hills, Providence Point, and Sammamish Highlands. This extensive service area ensures that more residents can benefit from on-demand transit.

How does Metro Flex work? Operating from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, the service offers a convenient reservation process through the app or a phone call. The fare structure is as simple as it gets – it costs the same as a bus ride, and riders 18 and younger ride free. Payment can be made using the Regional ORCA card, the Transit GO Ticket on your phone, or credit and debit cards through the app or by phone, making the process smooth and straightforward.
